Visiting Stratford to see the Royal Shakespeare Company’s production of new play ‘The Christmas Truce’, I was delighted to find it intelligent and poignant, and yet highly accessible.
I was honoured to be asked, as a recent Queen’s Scout Award recipient, to read at a service held to commemorate the start of the First World War. It was a real privilege but, more than that, it was enormously humbling. I’m very grateful for having been asked to participate.
