End of the Christmas Lights – 10 January 2011

Last night, I watched the very last ‘performance’ of our Christmas Lights’ 2010/11 run, and attempted to take a few photos for the records. I did not, though, have the time to film and edit together a video of them – but as there is very little which is new, this was not so much of a problem. I wrote on Epiphany that, although we’d recycled all of the Christmas cards and led the tree out to the garden, the Christmas Lights still remained. However, last night (and into the early hours of this morning), Dad had the opportunity to remove them; and so, at 5:00pm this evening, the destruction exercise began.
