Hello Groovy Blog-Mates – 14 January 2010

I’m here on WordPress, after three very happy months on Windows Live. But I now feel that the time has come to move to the professional side. I don’t know, this is – at this stage – nothing more than a test. But we’ll see how things go, and maybe this may become regular.

Thank you for looking though,

UPDATE: This blog entry was written in January 2010. At the time, nothing was certain about a possible move to WordPress. However, I have now taken a brave decision to move all blog posts from the Windows Live Blog (since January 2010 only) to this WordPress blog. The remaining blogs may be moved over in the following months.

Now that you have made your move, how did you redirect traffic to your new location and how did you maintain your google ranking?

    • I believe people just found their own way here, and the Google Ranking is pure chance. I used no form of SEO or anything like that, just let the crowds come themselves. Thanks for asking though.
